Receiver Can't hear me - Cisco IP Phone 7941?

    At my desk there is a Cisco IP Phone 7941G, which has been set up by the company.

    However everytime I make a call, the reciever cannot hear speak, even though I can hear them. Does any one know why this is, or how to resolve this issue?

    If it helps, when the call is connected the line button shows a round green "play" simple, on the screen next to it. Would Appreciate any help you could provide.
